Staff
Rev. Terry D. Moore and wife Melissa have been members of Haughton United Pentecostal Church for twelve years. They served as youth minister and assistant pastor until becoming co-pastor in 2003. When Rev. ML Moore stepped into the role of senior pastor in 2004 Rev. Terry became pastor.
Rev. Terry and Sis. Melissa have two children, Lauren and Braden. Sis. Melissa and Lauren serve as members of the sign team and praise singers. Lauren is also active in the youth group while Braden is an active seven year old who keeps everyone on their toes. This family has dedicated their lives to serving the Lord and preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ.
On November 20, 1995 Bro. ML Moore became our pastor and joined our church family. His wife, Sis. Glenda Moore served as organist and ladies leader. Immediately Bro. Moore saw the need of a new church building and the saints into raising money and on August 31, 1997 we held our first service in the new sanctuary. Bro. Moore's unselfish service to our church has made a positive influence upon all programs. His heartbeat is unity and worship.
On April 18, 2003 his son, Rev. Terry D. Moore was elected as co-pastor. On February 29, 2004, Bro. ML Moore stepped into the role of Sr. Pastor with Bro. Terry Moore assuming the role of Pastor.
